
This medal has been produced in precious metal using a number of craft techniques; from a reverse image carved into a steel die the resulting metal stamping it is hand-pierced to remove small sections and then, carefully and skilfully, hand engraved with additional text.
The final piece is then assayed and hallmarked before final finish and polish.
